Francesca Lungescu, M.Ps. Ph.D.
Member of the College of Psychologists of Quebec (OPQ) and trainer accredited by Emploi-Quebec, Francesca Lungescu has a passion for psychotherapy, coaching, career transition, talent and skills development.
Her background – Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Montreal and her work experience in psychotherapy – allows her to help her clients adopt the best strategies for reaching their personal goals, developing their self-esteem, overcoming their stress or their anxiety, overcoming a burn out (adaptation disorder) or a depression.
Her expertise in coaching, career counselling, and talent development also allow her to help her clients to know themselves better, reach their professional goals and identify a profession in accordance with their aspirations, aptitudes, personality and values. They will also have the tools to adopt the best strategies to find a job according to their expectations.
She can assist organizations with coaching, training, staff redeployment, talent assessment, skills development and diversity management mandates.
Her communication, listening and analytical skills, as well as her dynamism and empathy, allow her to provide efficient support to her clients, who appreciate her positive style and collaborative leadership, and find it useful and efficient.

Francesca also use psychometric tests for recruitment and orientation purposes.
